Tight Rope is a recent project that shines a light on the struggles that women face in the workplace. This project portrays the story of a working-class hero who is living on the edge, walking a tight rope between keeping her job and fighting for equal pay and respect. The project highlights the challenges that women face and the pressures they often feel to settle for less in order to keep their jobs.
